What students can expect
Consider the outside entities that control your profession and your funeral home. The government takes most of the blame for overreach and control, but it takes more to get our attention. Families have the control to transform our profession beautifully or minimize it. The balancing act between the two can be taxing, but necessary. This seminar discusses crucial topics such as:
- Your client families and ADA.
- The Funeral Rule and you.
- Living with OSHA.
- Learning from complaints.
This seminar is created to provide the funeral director with a 'heads-up' in areas of government mandates as well as understanding possible consumer complaints to positively improve service in the future.
Requirements
Please have license, pocket card or proof that your license is current when you come to the class.
